Right of withdrawal and model form

The following information is intended for consumers ordering goods from our online shop.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party you designate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If you order several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period starts when you, or a third party you designate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication exercising the right of withdrawal before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges, except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to Horses Home / Lunara Retouren, Pflugweg 70b, 32457 Porta Westfalica, Germany without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Additional information

Using this form, giving a reason, having a customer account or obtaining prior permission is not required to withdraw by email or post. Missing original packaging does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal. No blanket exclusion for opened Lunara care products is agreed here.
