Hello, I’m Luna.
I help you understand Lunara and fit it into your care routine. You’ll find clear answers, small diagrams and guides to take with you. Where shall we start?
My product answers follow the bottle label.
Lunara Wonderspray is a skin and hoof care product for horses in a 500 ml bottle. The label lists water, less than 5% soap and less than 5% sodium chloride. The soap is made from certified organic, non-GMO plant oils. I can show you the care steps or the available sets.
The bottle label describes spraying directly onto the coat or using Lunara as a wash lotion. Gently massage in with a brush if needed, leave for 15–20 minutes, then rinse with water.
According to the bottle label, Lunara contains water, less than 5% soap and less than 5% sodium chloride. The soap is made by saponifying several certified organic, non-GMO plant oils.
Choose one, two or three 500 ml bottles. Every set includes exactly one spray head. Add your preferred quantity of extra spray heads. A separate 500 ml refill bottle is available without a spray head. Current prices and availability appear with each product.
We deliver with DHL within Germany. Shipping for a single bottle costs €6.19. The 2- and 3-bottle sets ship free, including with the returning-customer discount. Spray heads ordered on their own also ship free. An order containing a 2- or 3-bottle set and a single bottle ships free together. Delivery takes 1–2 working days after payment is received.
The button opens your Lunara customer account. Sign in there using the email address from your order and the one-time code sent to you. If you are already signed in, your order overview opens directly.
Select your order there. Shipping details and tracking appear when they have been added. This chat does not retrieve order data.
This assistant supports Lunara orders only. I cannot access Horses Home orders or shipping information. Contact Horses Home directly for those requests.
Horses Home offers ground systems and accessories for horse keeping, including INB paddock tiles. I can provide general information here. The Horses Home team handles individual quotes and Horses Home orders.
Our INB paddock tiles from Horses Home are an option for stabilising muddy paddock areas. The existing ground, water drainage and proper installation according to the instructions matter. Also follow the guidance on footing, cleaning and maintenance.
Lunara is intended for care. I cannot promise a healing or disease-preventing effect. Pastern dermatitis, thrush and other problems can have different causes. Have existing or recurring symptoms assessed by a veterinarian.
Moisture and unhygienic conditions can contribute to skin and hoof problems, but diseases have different causes. This does not establish that our paddock tiles prevent or treat pastern dermatitis or thrush. Ground-management information does not replace veterinary assessment.
Pain, lameness, bleeding or open or weeping skin lesions require prompt veterinary assessment. For severe or sudden symptoms, contact the emergency veterinarian immediately. I cannot diagnose or recommend treatment.
The Lunara team is here for your personal enquiry. You can send your message using the contact form. I do not send messages directly from this chat.
I process your input using rules in your browser and do not send it to an AI service. No persistent chat history is created. “Clear history” removes the visible messages. Your customer account and shipping information remain separate from the chat.
I don’t have a matching answer yet. I can show you application guidance, ingredients, sets or downloads. For an individual question, contact the Lunara team here.
The organic statement on the label refers to the plant oils used to make the soap. According to the label, these oils are certified organic and non-GMO. This does not mean the salt or the entire finished product is certified organic.
Soap is the cleaning component. Soap molecules have a water-loving part and an oil-loving part. They can surround oily dirt and help water lift it away. The diagram illustrates this general principle.
Yes, salt is included: the label lists less than 5% sodium chloride alongside water and less than 5% soap. This does not establish a particular healing effect of the salt.
According to the bottle label, Lunara contains no mineral oil products, emulsifiers, stabilisers, preservatives, fragrances or colourants. This is not a blanket assurance that every horse will tolerate every ingredient.
Yes, rinse afterwards. The label states a contact time of 15–20 minutes followed by rinsing with water. This guide does not describe leaving the product on the coat indefinitely.
According to the label, store Lunara at room temperature, protect it from sunlight and keep it out of reach of children. Avoid contact with the eyes during use.
According to the label, Lunara keeps for up to 24 months after opening. Note the opening date and store it at room temperature, protected from sunlight.
For spraying, the label describes direct application onto the coat. It does not give a fixed volume or a mixing ratio for the wash lotion. Contact our team for guidance on a specific mixing ratio.
The label does not give a fixed frequency or amount per application. The stated contact time is 15–20 minutes, followed by rinsing with water. Our team can help with questions about amount or frequency.
Lunara is described as skin and hoof care. The specific bottle instructions describe applying to the coat, leaving for 15–20 minutes and rinsing afterwards. I do not infer a special hoof treatment or use under bandages from that. Our team can clarify your question.
The available Lunara information concerns horses. I do not infer use for dogs, cats, other animals or people from it, and cannot provide instructions for those uses.
I’m Luna, your digital product companion for Lunara. I explain ingredients and application, show the available sets and guide you to useful instructions. I use a curated knowledge base. When information is not established, I say so. The Lunara team handles personal enquiries.
You’re welcome. If you would like to read it again, you can save the application guide as a PDF.
Here are the application guide and the current overview of sets, additional spray heads and the refill bottle.
The organic statement on the label concerns the plant oils used to make the soap. I cannot provide an assigned certificate download for Lunara as an entire finished product here. The application guide and set overview are available.
The confirmed return address is Pflugweg 70b, 32457 Porta Westfalica, Germany. Return costs and the process are governed by the return terms. Our team can clarify your request; I do not confirm a refund or free return here.
The Lunara label does not state a pH value. I therefore do not describe the product as pH-neutral. Our team can help with a specific question about this.
The Lunara label lists water, soap and sodium chloride. It does not explicitly guarantee that the product is alcohol-free, so I do not make that additional assurance.
