1. Scope and contracting party
These terms and conditions apply to purchases of Lunara products by consumers through lunara-wonderspray.com. A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business or independent professional activity.

Separate agreed terms apply to retailers, resellers and business partners. Submitting a partner or creator enquiry does not, by itself, establish a purchase contract, a commitment to collaborate or an entitlement to product samples.
2. Products and ordering
Our shop offers Lunara Wonderspray for the external care of horses, together with the sets and accessories described. The product information displayed at the time of ordering determines contents, quantity, equipment and application. A set image does not replace the stated number of items.
Select products and add them to your basket. During checkout, enter your contact details, delivery and billing addresses, then select an available delivery and payment method. You can review and amend your details using the available functions before submitting the order. Input errors can be corrected by returning to an earlier checkout step or editing your basket.
3. Formation of the contract
Product listings invite you to place an order. By selecting the final order button, which clearly indicates an obligation to pay, you submit a binding offer to buy the goods in your basket.
We acknowledge receipt of your order by email. A message described as an acknowledgement of receipt is not yet acceptance. The contract is formed when we expressly accept the order, dispatch the goods or definitively collect payment, or instruct the payment provider to do so, whichever happens first. Payment authorisation alone does not constitute collection.
We may accept your offer within five calendar days. If we do not accept within that period, you are no longer bound by your offer. Payments already collected will be refunded if no contract is formed.
4. Contract language and documents
The contract language is German. You can save these terms using your browser's print or save function before placing an order. You will receive the order details and the applicable contract terms, including the withdrawal information, on a durable medium, such as email, no later than delivery. If you have a customer account, you can access the order information provided there.
5. Prices and payment
All consumer prices shown in the shop are total prices in euros, including VAT where legally applicable. Delivery charges shown before you place your order are payable in addition. The total amount payable is displayed before you complete your order.
Only the payment methods offered for your order at checkout are available. The time of charging and any additional terms of the selected payment provider are communicated when you select that method. No paid extras are agreed without your express consent.
6. Delivery
Orders are currently intended for delivery within Germany. Delivery charges and times are set out in our delivery terms and the information for your order. The delivery period communicated before the contract is formed is binding.
We will inform you if an agreed delivery cannot be made on time. Your statutory rights in the event of delay or non-delivery remain unaffected. We will not substitute another item for an ordered item without your consent.
For consumers, we bear the risk of accidental loss or damage during transport until the goods are handed to you or a recipient you designate. The statutory exception where you independently appoint a carrier not previously named by us remains unaffected.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal from distance contracts. Details of the period, how to exercise the right, its consequences and the model withdrawal form are available in our withdrawal information. These statutory rights apply independently of any voluntary guarantee or goodwill arrangement.
9. Statutory rights for defects and guarantees
Statutory rights for defective goods apply. For new goods, the standard limitation period for defect claims is two years from delivery; statutory extensions and special provisions remain unaffected. Statutory remedies for a defect are provided free of charge.
An additional voluntary guarantee applies only if expressly promised for the product concerned. Its scope is defined by the corresponding guarantee statement. Your statutory claims against us are not restricted. Further information is available under guarantees and statutory rights.
10. Product use
Follow the application, safety and storage instructions on the label and in the product description. Care information and the Care Finder do not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Contact a veterinarian if your horse has symptoms.
These instructions do not restrict agreed product characteristics, statutory rights for defects or our liability. Other customers' individual experiences do not constitute a promise of a particular care or treatment outcome.
11. Liability
Our liability is governed by statutory provisions. These terms do not establish a general exclusion or limitation of liability for injury to people or animals or damage to property.
12. Applicable law and dispute resolution
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, that country's mandatory consumer protection provisions remain applicable where the legal requirements are met.
Statutory places of jurisdiction remain unaffected. No exclusive jurisdiction in Dubai is agreed for consumers.
We do not voluntarily participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. Any legally required participation remains unaffected. Complaints can be sent to info@lunara-wonderspray.com.
