3. Delivery times
Both standard and express delivery take 1–2 working days after receipt of payment.
If an item expressly states a different delivery period, the period shown in that offer applies. A dispatch confirmation informs you when the order has been sent and includes tracking details where available. A carrier's tracking estimate does not replace a delivery period agreed with us.
4. Delivery address and receipt
Check your delivery address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact info@lunara-wonderspray.com. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will check whether it can be corrected. Changes may no longer be possible once a parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Partial deliveries are made only where reasonable for you. We cover additional delivery costs for partial shipments initiated by us. Statutory rights in the event of delays remain unaffected.
5. Damaged or missing goods
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or goods are missing, contact us with a brief description. Photographs of the packaging, shipping label and affected goods can help resolve the issue. Your statutory claims do not depend on reporting damage to the delivery driver immediately, submitting photographs or meeting a particular complaint deadline.
Transport risk is governed by the statutory rules for consumer purchases and our terms and conditions.
6. Returns
For withdrawal, refer to the withdrawal information and model form. Statutory rights apply to defective goods. A defect complaint is distinct from withdrawal; we cover the necessary costs of justified statutory remedial action.

The bottle label describes spraying directly onto the coat or using Lunara as a wash lotion. Gently massage in with a brush if needed, leave for 15–20 minutes, then rinse with water.

We deliver with DHL within Germany. Shipping for a single bottle costs €6.19. The 2- and 3-bottle sets ship free, including with the returning-customer discount. Spray heads ordered on their own also ship free. An order containing a 2- or 3-bottle set and a single bottle ships free together. Delivery takes 1–2 working days after payment is received.

Soap is the cleaning component. Soap molecules have a water-loving part and an oil-loving part. They can surround oily dirt and help water lift it away. The diagram illustrates this general principle.
